With this show we are revisiting a theme that we addressed back in October 2020 at our very first Drawing Room Annex, at the height of the COVID pandemic and in the midst of a very fraught presidential election.  Now, four years later, we want to ask artists to respond to how they are feeling in this current moment, in a time of yet another contentious and polarizing presidential election.  This is against the backdrop of serious global conflict, a rise in authoritarian regimes, devastating climate change and the reversal of established civil rights. As you look ahead to the coming year, what do you envision?  Generational change? Hope? Despair? Progress? Peace? Conflict? (Dis)Empowerment?
