This is one of the last remaining piece of my work in resin and in wood stain. There was a patch of a few years in which people requested resin it but it was such a holy nightmare for me to pull off successfully. At that time, my studio was in a garage that shared spaced with my kids and all that goes along with active young boys. What stands out about the resin on this particular piece and series is that the wood grain was as important to me as color - preserved beautifully by the resin.
