In this immersive workshop, students will blend the worlds of writing and visual art using old books as a canvas. Participants will explore the potential of discarded books, engaging in a hands-on process that encourages both literary and artistic experimentation and transformation.

Students will begin by delving into the text of the old books, manipulating and reimagining existing words to create new artistic expressions. Through techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, or mixed media, they will have the freedom to design visual compositions that complement and enhance their work as they uncover hidden narratives.

No prior experience in writing or visual art is necessary! Whether you are a budding writer, an aspiring artist, or simply someone looking to try something new, this workshop offers a space for self-expression, imagination, and creative discovery.
