This work is part of a series called 'Wildflowers' representing the growth and power of sensual
femininity. Like flowers, the
development and maturation of
women contain many layers, and it is when a flower is in full bloom
with it's center revealed that it is
deemed most beautiful.
This piece, Discover Me, was
created during the pandemic, where much time was given to self-reflection, aging, and mortality.This flower reveals itself to the audience in all it's glory, inviting and mysterious. It reminds us that life is sensual, beautiful, and temporary.
